Happy New Year, everyone!

Today is the first day of 2023. On the occasion of the arrival of the New Year, I would like to wish you all a happy New Year!

At the beginning of the New Year, I would like to take this opportunity to look back the year 2022 and then talk about the future.

Looking back 2022

2022 is supposed to be the most difficult year for the Chinese market in the three years since the COVID-19 outbreak. It was not only face the triple pressure of shrinking domestic market demand, supply shock and weakening expectations, but also hit by several multiple events that exceed expectations, such as the impact of the epidemic and external environment turbulence.

Against this backdrop, IHI-Sullair bucked the trend and annual sales amount hit a record high. The reason why we have achieved such a good result is inseparable from the hard work of every employee of the company. In the process of business running, everyone dutifully and conscientiously works together to forge ahead, and everyone makes indispensable contribution to the realization of the common goal. The final achievement is obviously the result of the joint efforts of the team. Deep teamwork creates synergy effect, optimizes resource allocation, improves operational efficiency, and maximizes the role of individuals in the collective.

I would like to express my deep appreciation to all of you for your tireless efforts.

Prospect to 2023 & beyond

As outlined in the company's vision 2030, in our current medium-term business plan, we are undertaking various initiatives, including the establishment of new manufacturing site, to expand and deepen our business. We have set a very high target to the future development of the company, and I believe that we can achieve this goal by working together as one team.

Since our environment is constantly changing, we are not blindly optimistic about the challenges ahead. There may be twists and turns in the process of progress, but as long as we are fully prepared and learn from the twists and turns, these will become opportunities for our future growth and progress.

At present, the company is in the process of continuous growth, which will surely create more and better development opportunities for employees, and provide more rewarding work environment. Under the new vision, we can look forward to the future development together, and at the same time, foot on the ground, steady progress, so as to achieve development and progress. I hope we can start from their own, in the New Year, set up practical personal goals, and specific implementation of the plan.

Health and safety

There is no doubt that the health and safety of our employees is the key premise of our business activities, to ensure that everyone's physical and mental health and safety is the basis of all work.

At present, as China's epidemic prevention and control policy is gradually loosened, the impact of COVID epidemic continues, which will remain a huge challenge for us. In the post-COVID-19 era, we need to prepare for the worst for the impact of the epidemic and at the same time make the best mental and material preparations. In order to ensure that everyone can work with peace of mind, our company will continue to provide all necessary support and help to employees and try to minimize the adverse impact of the epidemic.
